Diya Gaur is a senior at Lamar High School in Houston, TX. As the Chief Technology Officer of Music as Medicine, and with her passion for music, service, and technology, Diya dedicates herself to enhancing Music as Medicine's online presence through the Music as Medicine website and social media platforms. Diya believes that technology can be a powerful tool in achieving these goals, allowing for wider reach and more effective communication to make an even greater impact through the transformative power of music. As an avid violinist and the president/founder of Lamar’s Music as Medicine chapter, she hopes to promote the use of music throughout the community and in medical settings to spread awareness about the benefits of music for overall health.
